The monthly meeting was called to order and instructed to start the tape recorder by Chairman, Matthew Robison, on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 5:00 pm, as advertised, at the township building in Wind Ridge, PA. All rose to pledge the flag. Supervisors present, Matthew W. Robison, Charles Kiger & Thomas Chess III. Secretary-Deborah Penska. The Supervisors voted to correct the minutes presented at the July 1, 2025 meeting.

PRESENT: Donnie Jacobs, Jimmy Helphenstine, Buz Headley, Travis Jones & Diane Stokes

MOTION to approve July 1, 2025 minutes and place on file by Matthew Robison. Second by Charles Kiger. All in favor.

MOTION made to approve July, 2025 treasurer’s report and place on file by Charles Kiger. Second by Thomas Chess III. All in favor.

The supervisors have met with a couple of web designing companies and have decided to hire Verner Web Studio to design a very basic web site for the township for the time being. Cost estimate for the design is $1,680.00.

ACTION ON BILLS: MOTION by Matthew Robison to approve & pay all bills. Second by Charles Kiger. All in favor.

OTHER CORRESPONDENCE OR BUSINESS: A letter from the Board of the Braddock Cemetery was received,
thanking the BOS for their help cleaning up brush and supplying gravel for the driveway through the cemetery. A Thank You card was also received from the Chess Family for the floral arrangement sent to Sarah Chess funeral service.
