The monthly meeting was called to order and instructed to start the tape recorder by Chairman,
Matthew Robison, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm, as advertised, at the township building in Wind Ridge, PA. All rose to pledge the flag. Supervisors present, Matthew W. Robison, Charles Kiger & Thomas Chess Ill. Secretary-Deborah Penska.
PRESENT: Jon Helphenstine, Jimmy Helphenstine, Charlie Day, Buz Headley, Marty Dinsmore, Mary Jane Kent, Travis Jones, Donnie Jacobs & Jolene Headley
MOTION to approve March 3, 2025 minutes and place on file by Thomas Chess III. Second by
Matthew Robison. All in favor.
MOTION made to approve March, 2025 treasurer’s report and place on file by Charles Kiger. Second by Thomas Chess Ill. All in favor.

- MOTION by Matthew Robison to hire Donald Jacobs on April 7, 2025 at $22.00 per hour. Second by Thomas Chess III. All in favor.
- Discussion was had on making a donation to the Greene County Day Camp Program. It was agreed to check with the County to learn how many kids from the Richhill Area actually attend before decision is made.

OTHER CORRESPONDENCE OR BUSINESS:
The Grange is holding a presentation on the Yellow Dot Program on April 19, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
Matt asked all present what thoughts were on making and maintaining a Richhill Township
Informational Website. A discussion was held and it was agreed that more information needs to be gathered before committing to this project. Travis asked about the Meighen Electric Invoice, the Stephenson Invoice and the Super City Invoice. Electric service for new diesel tank, carbide blades for plows and hoist on Pete had to be repaired.
